Fairmont Residence

The Fairmont Residence renovation was completed in the fall of 2022. The ground floor of this 1920s home was brought down to the sheathing and reconfigured. A structural wall was removed to allow for the installation of a large kitchen with dining nook and the existing living room was updated with built-in millwork and fireplace. No additional area was gained, however, with intelligent design social space and function has been massively improved.
